A loan of $900 helped to buy food, drinks, dairy products, and other items to stock up her premises.

Gabriela's story

Señora Gabriela comes from the city of Santaní. She has a well stocked storeroom in her home, which she has had for seven years. She describes herself as a very hard-working woman, who is enterprising and responsible. She comments that she gets up very early in the morning on a daily basis to stock up on cold products. She is very well known in her neighborhood, because she has earned a good reputation. Her goal is to have a mini supermarket, where she can stock all kinds of everyday items so that her customers can find everything in one place. She is requesting the loan for the purchase of food such as bakery items and meat, and also vegetables, drinks and other items for stocking her premises. She is hopeful about the loan, as it will be of great help to her. She is grateful to the Foundation for the opportunity that it is giving her.
