Gloria Amada's story

Gloria is 57 years old and lives in Pujilí near Latacunga in south central Ecuador. She lives with her three children who are 33, 29 and 16 years old. Gloria describes herself as an easygoing and responsible person.

She works raising animals including guinea pigs, swine, and calves. She works in the company of her children. She has worked previously with FODEMI, and the loan she seeks is for purchasing pigs and calves so that she may continue to expand her herds and keep caring for them.

The loan will help her continue to grow with her business and raise her income, and thus improve her quality of life.
