Chinh is a 59-year-old widower living in Ho Chi Minh city. He has 4 children. Chinh earns an income to support his children by running a business that specializes in laminating papers and objects with plastic. Chinh has been in the plastic lamination business for 7 years. He plans to use this loan to buy more plastic and other materials to expand his business by offering a greater range of lamination services and increasing the capacity of his business. Chinh hopes that through this loan he will be able to increase his income and better support his children.
