Nyakahanga Tukore Group's story

Francis, who is 43 years of age, makes about 400,000 Uganda shillings of profits per month from his business of selling foods such as beans and peas.

The married father of five operates his business in Ntungamo food market. Francis says he has greatly achieved in the five years he has manned this business. He is not only hardworking but also a social man and this has attracted many people to particularly run for his beans and peas. Francis always thinks in terms of development, which is why he is also involved in agriculture as his other source of income.

With the Kiva loan he plans to buy more foods like beans and peas to resale.
