This is 35 year old Fikelephi from Gweru, the capital of Midlands province in Zimbabwe. She is married with six children, four of whom are attending school. She also cares for four dependents. Fikelephi runs a transportation business. The business has been in operation for 4 years. She says the main challenges faced are high repair costs due to unavailability of spare tires. Fikelephi has requested a loan of $400 to purchase spare tires and tools. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to send her dependents to school and improve the family's quality of life. In the future Fikelephi plans to have a larger fleet of commuter buses.
