She is 30 years old, single, and has one child. The member divides her time between her daily activities and managing a tourist restaurant where she serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She also prepares traditional dishes such as oven-roasted guinea pig, baked chicken, Peruvian noodles, and other foods. The member works between the hours of 8am and 7pm. Through her business, she is able to help her child move forward. She wants to expand and improve her restaurant, so she is requesting a loan to buy ingredients for cooking such as chicken, meat, vegetables, and rice in bulk.
