A loan of $3,550 helped a member to buy seafood.

La Fuente De Bendicion 1 & 2 Group's story

Reina is one of our businesswomen. She works selling seafood in her community, which is a rural area surrounded by forests and mountains. Reina started her business around six years ago with her personal savings. She sells all kind of seafood, such as squid, fish, crabs, shrimp, and others. Reina lives near Bahia, in the town of Hato Mayor, an agricultural zone. She has two children who still live at home, and she lives with her long-term partner, who is their father. Reina’s most important challenge is to live according to God’s will.

Reina is requesting her seventh loan from Esperanza International. Because her loan repayments have all been maD. punctually, she has been able to grow her business with the re-investment from each loan. She has had the opportunity to improve her life and family and expand her business to get more clients. Reina would like to save her profits to renovate her house and give her children a safer home. In the future, she wants to become a successful and professional businesswoman.
