Fighting for a better future? We need your help.

Creating a more equitable world takes a lot of time and energy, but at Kiva we’re in it for the long haul. 100% of money lent on Kiva goes to funding loans. That means we rely on donations from people like you to make this work possible. For a limited time, if you donate $35 or more, a $25 bonus will be added to your account (you’ll get an email once it’s there).

Roseline's story

Roseline, 26, is married with three children who go to school. For three years, she has been selling second-hand clothes to earn a living. She also makes tablecloths to generate more income. Through Faulu Kenya, she has learned how to manage her finances. This has helped her to invest in her business.

Roseline hopes to open other business premises in the future. She has requested a loan of 20,000 Kenyan shillings to buy clothes for resale.
