Mrs. Or learned farming from her grandparents and has spent the last three years raising crops. She is now married and has three school-aged children. Her husband frequently works in the field with her, and they have been very successful as farmers. The couple is able to plant two crops a year, one in the rainy seaS. and the other in the dry seaS.. She is applying for this loan to buy fertilizer, insecticides, a pump and seeds.

The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas.
