Sokhom is a single mother with two children. One is working in a factory making $3 per day and the other is a veterinary practitioner making $5 a day. Every month Sokhom has to spend $75 on food, $5 electricity, $40 on transportation and $40 on other expenses.

Sokhom is requesting a loan of 1200 USD to buy veterinarian medications for her son so he might treat animals in the village. In the future, Sokhom wants to send her son to study veterinary medicine further so that he can have a good career.
