A loan of $675 helped to purchase materials for making decorative serving cloths.

Sara's story

Sra. Sara is 34 years old and makes decorative serving cloths. She is originally from the community of Santiago Tututepec. Sara has two sons, Felipe (age 12) and Ricardo (age 18). She is very pleased that her decorative cloths have sold well because it allows her to generate good earnings. Her customers come back for more merchandise.

In addition to making decorative cloths, Sara also sells Mexican street food. Her children help her by going up and down the street where she sells her food and attending to her customers. She has done very well in her sales of both decorative cloths and food.

Sara is requesting a loan to buy more materials for making decorative cloths since she occasionally experiences delays when she runs out of material. One of her dreams is to see her children finish their studies so that they can get good jobs and start businesses that generate good profits. She thanks Fundación Realidad for the support it has provided so that she can get ahead and fulfill her dreams.
