Bonface is a married man with four children; two attend school while two have graduated from school. He owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. His greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past four years, he has operated a farming business, planting vegetables and selling them at the market to his neighbours and passersby. He faces a major challenge of crop pest infections in vegetables. He dreams of irrigating his farm and employing workers in the future.
With the Kshs 40,000 he wants to purchase seedlings to grow vegetables and purchase a Money Maker (KickStart irrigation pump). He decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost his business.
