A loan of $550 helped to buy more animals and their feed.

Alejandro's story

Alejandro, age 66, lives with his wife and children in his own house. The house does not have the basic services. It is located in the rural zone of the Pítipo district in the Lambayeque department. The zone is known for farming, livestock, and handicrafts.

Alejandro has been selling animals like pigs and poultry for several years. He raises them in corrals, which are appropriate and ample, that he has behind his house. He feeds them balanced feed, grains, and natural fodder so that they reach their ideal growth. That way he will be able to sell them at different markets in the area and get good income to pay for the family expenses.

He has requested a loan for 1,500 soles from Edpyme Alternativa in order to buy more animals and their feed. With the income he gets from selling his animals he will be able to pay for the loan, and he will be able to have a better quality of life.

Alejandro is a man who with effort and great determination has known how to get his family ahead, and this makes him very proud.
