Yury Antonio
Señor Yury Antonio is originally from the town of El Sauce. He is a father of three children, for whom he has tried to provide a decent life and a good education. He has served as project manager for a local Institution for more than five years.

At the moment, the house where he lives with his family is a rental. This is why all the loans offered to him by Ceprodel have been to acquire construction materials to begin building his own home and to provide a decent life for his children.

One of his current needs is to take out a loan to buy construction materials such as bricks, iron, and zinc roofing. For this reason, he has decided to request his fifth loan with Ceprodel, with the goal of filling this need.

About Housing Loans

Many poor families cannot afford housing that meets their needs. When you make a housing loan on Kiva, you give people access to flexible capital to obtain or improve their homes. Better housing means better health, sanitation, and even educational outcomes for children. A house can also be much more for entrepreneurs who run businesses out of their homes. In this way, housing and small business loans on Kiva share a common purpose: to alleviate poverty and enable families to enjoy more stable lives.
