Elena Nancy's story

Elena is a mother and 44 years old. She lives with her youngest son in their own house, which has water and electricity. It is located in the district of San José, which belongs to the department of La Libertad, which has agriculture, cattle, and tourism.

Elena has a business selling food in her home and she rents rooms to workers from the Bank of the Nation in the city where she lives. She has had this business for several years and has her own customers. She thought to request a loan from Edypme Alternative for PEN 1,800.00 to buy ingredients and utensils, with the goal of providing better service and satisfying the needs of her customers. With the income she receives she will be able to cover her loan and improve the quality of life for her son.

Through her hard work and her desire to get ahead, Elena has earned the trust and respect of her neighbors, demonstrating that when she sets a goal, she can make it into reality, so that her son can have a better future.
