A loan of $950 helped to maintain his mototaxi and cover some personal expenses.

Aldo Omar's story

Aldo, 51, lives with his wife in his own home. He has no children. His house has all the basic utilities, and is located in an urban neighborhood of Chiclayo province. The residents of this area tend to work raising poultry, and in retail trade and tourism.

Aldo has had his own mototaxi (a light vehicle used to move a maximum of 3 people short distances) for several years. He provides mototaxi service in the same neighborhood where he lives. In spite of the significant competition in this line of work, he tries as hard as possible to move a large quantity of people to their various destinations, starting in the early morning hours. In this way, he can have a higher income to pay for the household expenses and necessities.

The loan he has requested from Edpyme Alternativa is for 2,600 Peruvian soles, and it will be used to maintain his mototaxi and to cover some personal expenses. This way he will not fail to keep providing good service to his customers and improve his quality of life. Aldo is a hardworking and responsible person who wants his wife to have all of the comforts she needs in the home.
