Maria Teresa's story

María Teresa, 45, is married. She lives with her husband and children who are 16 and 1 year old in Guaranda Canton, Bolívar Province.

The members of the Calli Kausay communal bank are located in the community of Tolapungo, Veintimilla Sector, belonging to Guaranda Canton. They are in farming, livestock raising, livestock sales, vegetable sales, and others.

María is a livestock merchant, farmer, raises animals. Her husband works in construction. He purchases and sales take place in the Guaranda wholesale market.

She is asking for the loan to purchase heads of cattle, feed, and seeds for her fields. The loan will help her meet her economic needs and improve her quality of life. Her dream is to buy a piece of land. She enjoys going household chores.
