Carlota's story

Carlota, 30, is a widow with three children living in her own house in Pichari District. During her childhood Carlota dreamt with a future of good economic conditions which led her to wonder how it was that her neighbors were able to obtain satisfactory income quickly. She would ask herself: “How do they do it?” “What’s the secret to sell and earn more money?” Because of this, she decided while still quite young to open a small grocery store which was where she met her future husband who became her most loyal customer.

Carlota and her husband, motivated by the wish to provide their beloved children with better nutrition and clothing, decided to make their store grow and thanks to the good customer service and the dedication they put into their activities they obtained good income.

Carlota is very happy with the business she has and now knows the secret that every entrepreneur knows: you have to give your customers good service.

This is her second MFP loan so she’s committed to pay her installments punctually. She is happy with the treatment she gets from her communal bank. She will use the requested 2000 new sol loan to increase the products that stock her store.
