A loan of $500 helped to buy eggs, pasta, chicken, cooking oil, rice, soups and drinks to stock her business.

Graciela Genoveva's story

Graciela lives with her husband and three children aged 17, 15 and 12. She has a store and also sells tortillas. She learned this business from a friend, and she has had this store for 10 years. She works in the store from 6am until 9pm. Now she requests a loan to buy merchandise for her store, because she needs to stock it with eggs, pasta, chicken, cooking oil, rice, soups, drinks and other basic consumer goods. Her goal is to have everything that her customers demand. In the future she hopes to have a bigger business and a lot of customers, so that her family could have better living conditions.
