Munkhjargal works as a pastry chef at local food manufacturing company in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. She is 42 years old and lives with her mother and elder sister, both of whom are retired. Munkhjargal graduated from the Polytechnic University in Russia where she specialized in tailoring. She also obtained a bachelors degree as a food technologist from the Institute of Commerce and Business in 2011.

Munkhjargal’s family lives in a small house which needs repair and reconstruction. She is requesting a 1,200,000 MNT loan to purchase necessary building materials to fix and renovate the interior structure of the building and install a new iron stove.
