A loan of $450 helped to buy basic products and other products that sell the most to continue selling to her customers.

Elsa Maria's story

Elsa is a businesswoman, and she has a store in her house. Upon receiving the loan from Afodenic she has been working in her store with more capital. She has support from her children and her husband. He sells scrap metal.

Elsa’s objective is to invest more in personal hygiene products and basic grains and to continue to get better earnings. That way she will meet her payment obligations like basic and personal expenses.

With this new loan she will buy a “quintal” (about 100 pounds) of sugar, a quintal of corn, a drum of oil, dairy products, coca cola products, sweets, medicinal products like acetaminophen, ibuprofen, digestive aids, unguents for colds, and creams to heal and relieve muscular problems, among other products that are in much demand.
