This group is called "Lluvia Dorada" (Golden Rain) and it is located in the State of Mexico. The local community is noted for its main business activities which are farming, livestock raising and selling fabrics and clothes.

This group has 11 members and this is the second time they have requested a loan. Irene is a member of the group. She is originally from this community and her business is selling groceries. Her customers prefer to buy from her because of the good customer service she provides and the kindness that she shows people. She would like this loan to buy canned goods, soft drinks and cleaning products. She says that her business allows her to get ahead in life and seek better financial stability. She makes efforts to do well, increase the size of her business and stock it with a greater variety of products. This enables her to continue investing so that her business grows gradually. Irene and her husband work hard to improve their family's financial situation.
