When she had her son and daughter, she decided find ways to ensure a decent future for them. Since she had experience in trade, in 2008 she decided to open her own pharmacy business. Kunduz leases a shop in Batken Regional Hospital and contracts with local suppliers and producers for medication. Due to the fact that her pharmacy is located within the hospital, the work is non-stop. In order to cover the hours her husband, Turgunbai, helps her, and they work in shifts. Each year their inventory increases, and Kunduz's communication skills and customer service brings regular customers and helps the business grow.
