Albert's story

Albert is 39 years old. He lives in the village of Lchashen, in the Gegharkunik region, with his mother, his wife and two young daughters. Albert's mother is an invalid, and his wife teaches at a rural school, but at the moment is on maternity leave. After graduating from high school, Albert lived in Russia for many years, and on his return to Armenia he took a job at the Sevan bread factory as a baker. Along with his work at the bakery, Albert is engaged in agriculture. He breeds cows, sheep and pigs, and he grows potatoes. The family's primary income comes from the sale of agricultural products, which enables him to support his family. Albert needs a loan of 500,000 drams to purchase feed for livestock, as well as to buy a few calves that will help him in the future to increase his family's income.
