Teodosia's story

Teodosia, 43, a is hardworking woman who, together with her husband Medardo, takes care of her two children. They live together in their own home in the village of Patay. Teodosia works in farming; for 10 years she has managed the the fields of crops where she takes care of her plantings of peas, potatoes, gladiolus flowers, fava beans and corn. What she likes most about her work is being able to enjoy the peacefulness of working in the field. "I also like to sell my harvest because I see all of my efforts become tangible," she mentions. Now she wants to renovate her gladiolus plantings since the season is approaching when they're most in demand. She also will work very hard on her potato and pea crops which will be harvested next month, which should bring good income this season. She belongs to the village bank "Picaflores de Patay" and this is her 6th credit with MFP. She hopes for all of your support. She is a responsible and committed member who makes her payments on time. Teodosia will invest the requested loan in the purchase of 2 bags of pea seeds, for which she will need 6 sacks of natural fertilizer to get the plantings started successfully.
