Nicanor's story

Nicanor is an admirable and hardworking man. He is 56 years old and with his wife, Natividad, they have taken care of their 9 children with a lot of love and hard work, at present, only 4 live with them in their own home in the Yanama Alto hamlet. From a young age, Nicanor worked in his parents' business, agriculture, he has 30 years of experience in this field. During all this time he was able to have his own plots of land where he grows potatoes, green peas, olluco (a tuber), carrots and gladiolus flowers which after a lot of effort, dedication and work he sells them in the wholesaler market in the city of Tarma. During the harvest season he sells his items in the country's capital where he gets greater profits. As a good country man, he also is a cattle raiser, thanks to his 8 cows each morning he goes out, milks them, and makes cheese, which he sells to retail merchants in the area. Nicanor takes care and vaccinates his cows frequently. He is happy to live in the countryside which is why he works hard to improve his crops and have more profits. He belongs to the “Manantiales de Yanama” (Springs of Yanama) Communal Bank and this is his seventh loan with MFP, he works with determination and dedication. This is why he hopes for your support, to continue to meet his goals and is committed to paying his quotas on time. Nicanor with your support will use the money to buy 3 sacks of green pea seeds that range around s/. 550 nuevos soles each, as well as sacks of organic manure to begin the next harvest season successfully.
