Rebeca Yolanda's story

This member belongs to the “Vilcanota” comunal bank. The bank is located in the Urubamba district of of the Urubamba province, department of Cusco.

The member, Rebeca, is 68 years old and is married. She has two children. She is a former teacher by profession and now she makes her living at handicrafts. She paints and creates different kinds of beautiful works with precise artistry. She also makes non-fired ceramics, sews tablecloths, embroiders and paints. She needs a loan to invest in the purchase of handicrafts like embroidery thread, clay for non-fired ceramics, buttons, crochet and fabric paints.

She appreciates and values the loan she will be given to be able to improve her quality of life and that of her family.
