Garnik's story

Garnik was born in 1951 in the village Agarak. He graduated from a rural high school and Kapan Mining College where he studied land surveying. He is married with one son and three daughters. All of the children have their own families and live separately from their parents. His wife does not work. Garnik works at the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Plant as an operator. His wife does housework.

Since 1995, along with his work at the plant, Garnik has worked in agriculture in Shgharshik village. He raises bees as well as buys, tans, and sells cattle hides. Garnik sells the honey at Kapan city market and sells the processed hides to his regular customers in Yerevan.

Garnik needs a loan of 1,000,000 AMD to purchase a large consignment of hides, as well as to buy new hives, frames, wax, etc.

This loan is his third and Garnik has always paid his loans on time.
