Manitos De Oro Group's story

The communal bank "Collpani" will start their second loan cycle with Pro Mujer (Kiva Field Partner) as part of Centro Collpani. It is made up of nine members and it is directed by a board of directors led by Delian. The communal bank members' businesses are various and among them there are: commerce, services, and production.

Delia indicates that it has been with Pro Mujer for the past two years and she joined following an invitation by the representative. She currently has a business selling fruit and she has been in business for twnenty years. She learned the business from her mother.

The loan that she requests is to increase her business capital (fruit purchase) which will be acquired in the municipality of Zorata for later resale through orders. This business form helps her to generate an income to support her family in what's possible. She is married common-law and she has two children.

When she was asked what she likes about Pro Mujer she said she appreciates it for the easy loan process.

The cousin of one of the members can be seen in the photo accompanying the group. She is wearing a red sweater.
