Etienne is a 45 year old Rwandan entrepreneur. He has 7 children between the ages of 6 months and 21 years. 3 are in school, 2 have finished school, and 2 have yet to start. His wife is a businesswoman as well.
For the past 5 years, Etienne has been running a store selling bicycle and motorcycle spare parts. This business has enabled him to pay the school fees for his many children. He will use this loan to purchase more spare parts that will sustain his business. With future profits, he plans to begin building a house and dreams of opening a wholesale spare parts shop.
