A loan helped to purchase bundles of vegetables to sell.

Mchekondo's story

Mchekondo is a widow with three children. All her children graduated from school. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.

Mchekondo has operated a vegetable stall for four years, selling at the market to her neighbors and town dwellers. She faces the major challenge of the high cost of transportation in her business. She dreams of becoming a wholesale supplier of vegetables in the future.

With the KSHS 60,000, she wants to purchase bundles of vegetables for sale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
