She was born in Matola and later left for Boane to look for work. She has been a permanent employee for 16 years and has a monthly salary of 4,700 meticais (Mozambique currency) which she uses for her household expenses and saves some of in her bank account.
She has already taken out a loan with Barclays in the amount of 30,000 meticais which she use to acquire and pay for permits for a parcel of land which she was able to pay off with no difficulty.
