Mahukpego Sata Group's story

The MAHUKPEGO SATA group is composed of three people who live together in the same house. This is the group’s first time seeking financial aid from ALIDé to bolster their activities. The representative of the group is Kouassiali Emilie, seen with her hand raised in the photo.

Kouassiali Emilie is 32 years old and lives in Benin. She is married to a tailor named Jean Marc. The couple have two dependent children who attend school. Kouassiali Emilie has lived in Benin since birth. In order to support herself and her children, she started selling fabrics and kitchen utensils five years ago. As a sideline, she also sells plastics in Benin. She buys her merchandise in Benin as well.

To achieve customer satisfaction and increase her revenue, Kouassiali Emilie is seeking this first loan together with the other members of the MAHUKPEGO SATA group.
