Gbedokpo Zongo Group's story

Group Gbedokpo Zongo is composed of five people living in the same house. This is the first time that this group is requesting ALIDé's financial support to increase their level of activity. The group's spokesperson, named Geneviève, is the woman raising her hand in the picture. Geneviève is 43 years old and lives in Benin. Geneviève is married to an entrepreneur named Imorou. The couple has three children, who all go to school, and whom they still support. Geneviève has lived in Benin since she was born. To provide for her and her children's needs, Geneviève has been selling water pouches for ten years. In addition to this activity, Geneviève sells second-hand clothing in Benin. She gets her supplies from Benin. Intent on satisfying her customers and to increase her sales and profit, Geneviève is requesting a first loan together with group Gbedokpo Zongo's other members.
