Juan Francisco's story

Francisco is 42 years old, married, and lives with his wife and three children in the rural part of Tambogrande- Piura district. Francisco has been farming and raising livestock for four years. He has lemon plantations which he harvests every week and also owns sheep which he provides with the best care so that he can sell them at the best possible price. Francisco already has an established customer base for both businesses. Francisco is requesting a loan for 2,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa to buy fertilizers that he needs for his lemon crop. He will also weed and prune them. In addition, he will buy balanced feed with which to fatten his livestock. Francisco has a great desire to do well and improve his family's quality of life.
