Agnes's story

Agnes is a married woman with one child who is still too young for school. She owns a house that has electricity and piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.

For the past two years, she has operated a boda boda (motorcycle) business, her potential customers are neighbors and passersby. Her greatest challenge is seasonality, especially during the rainy season when it becomes difficult to operate her business. She dreams of establishing a boutique business in the future.

With the KSHS 20,000, she wants to purchase spare motorcycle spokes, tires and rims and to pay transport charges. She decided to join Yehu because of its good customer services.
