Adjoa's story

Adjoa sells banku (made from corn) at Elmina. She is married and has six children. Her husband is a carpenter. Adjoa has been selling banku for 10 years. She supports her husband in the payment of school fees and utility bills. Her loan will be used to buy more bags of maize to cook to sell. She hopes to use the new profits from her business to educate her children.
