Certain that as a united group they could achieve their goals and with mutual support, a committee called 'Primavera' (Spring) was established in the city of Caaguazú. The group is made up of 20 humble and hard-working ladies who have the common goal of making a small income to cover their household needs.

The members of this committee describe themselves as tenacious and hard-working women who try to earn a daily living through their mutual effort and cooperation.

Mary owns a small store with which she supports herself. Through her business, she manages to cover the basic needs of her family. She dreams of some day expanding her business so that she can have more space in which to display her merchandise.

Mary is requesting a loan to buy drinks, food, dairy products, etc. with which to stock her business.

Confiadas que unidas podrían alcanzar sus metas y con el apoyo mutuo, en la ciudad de Caaguazú se formo un comité llamado Primavera, con 20 señoras humildes y trabajadoras con el fin de obtener un pequeño ingreso para cubrir las necesidades de los hogares de cada una.
Ellas se definen como mujeres luchadoras y trabajadoras, tratan de llevar el pan de cada día por medio del esfuerzo mutuo y la cooperación.
La Sra Mary tiene un pequeño almacén que le sirve de sustento, por medio de el logra cubrir las mínimas necesidades de la familia. Sueña con algún día poder ampliar su negocio para tener mas espacio donde exponer sus mercaderías.

Fundación Paraguaya is a financially self-sustaining social enterprise that promotes entrepreneurship in urban and rural areas through microfinance, education programs, and more. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
