A loan of $2,200 helped a member to buy milk for resale.

Kuña Guapa Group's story

Kuña Guapa is made up of 16 members. The group began on Lucy's initiative. All the members of this communal bank work actively. The only interest they have is to work as a team for better profits from their work, and so they committed to showing responsibility, honesty and communication.

This communal bank is in its first loan cycle. They are learning the importance of communication, striving for progress for each of their members, for the communal bank and also for their community.

Lucy sells milk, and through this work she has been able to cover the expenses she has. She always begins her work day very early in the morning. Everything she does is for the good of her family.

She is asking for the loan to buy milk, which will allow her to always keep her business stocked.
