Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

This group is from the city of Encarnación. It arose from a contact of one of the members with the Fundación. The group currently is in its 8th cycle and has 17 members. They all work in a responsible and mutually supportive way. They joined together to help each other out in order to obtain more income for their homes.

María has two small children and is married. For several years she’s been a food vendor. She goes out very early in the morning criss-crossing her neighborhood and also through the downtown area of her town selling her products.

She asks for the loan to buy supplies she needs to prepare the food like meats, eggs, spices and vegetables.
