Oun, aged 40, works in the casino. Her husband is a chief construction worker; their income is $10 per day. They have two children, one of whom is studying and the other works in the casino with his mother; he can earn income of $3 per day. Oun has to spend around $100 per month for all her family's expenses. She would like to request a loan of $1000 to buy a plot of land for planting Khmer potatoes. She also wants to support her youngest child's studies until she finishes university and gets a good job.
