Ifede Group's story

The Ifede group is made up of nine people from the same family. This is the second time that the group has asked for financial help from Alidé, in order to increase their business volume. The representative of the group, whose name is Olga Rose, is the one raising her hand in the photo. Olga Rose is 39 years old and married to a farmer by the name of Samson. The couple has three children who are all at school. In addition to her own children, Olga Rose has two other children in her care. She provides for the various family expenses together with her husband. In order to cover these expenses, Olga Rose has a business selling various food products (corn, etc.) and as a secondary activity she sells fresh eggs from home. She gets her supplies in Benin. She has been carrying out this business for the past twenty years. With a view to providing customer satisfaction and increasing her turnover and profit, Olga Rose is requesting a second loan together with the other members of the Ifede group.
