A loan of $4,000 helped a member to distribute her clothes upcountry.

Karibu View Group's story

Mwajabu, who is in her late 30s, is married with two children who are going to school. She has had a business selling clothes for 10 years now. She works from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and she is able to make a good monthly profit.

This will be her fourth loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loans to increase the clothes sales and also for a poultry business. She has paid back her loans successfully. She hopes for a loan so she can start distributing her clothes upcountry. Her dream is to one day be an international businesswoman.

She will share this loan with her loan group "Karibu View" which has a total of 15 members who will hold each other accountable in paying back their loans.
