Vantha, 28 years old, is a hair cutter with $6 per day as income. His wife is staying home taking care of their child. They have one child and he is 5 years old. Every month, Vantha has to spend $55 on food, $12 on electricity, and $15 more on other expenses. He would like to request a loan of $1200 to buy farmland and hair cutting equipment. He wants to have a small grocery shop for his wife in the market, so that they both can make good income doing other things in the future.
