Sopheap, 33 years old, is a bread seller. Her husband is a driver and their income is $10 per day. They have two children, 16 and 13 years old, both students. Sopheap's monthly expenses include $112 for food, $10 for electricity, $37 for school fees and $25 for other expenses. She would like to request a loan of $1,000 to buy a car for her husband to run a taxi business. Sopheap hopes to expand her bread selling so that she has enough money for her children's school fees. She wants to send her children to study until they finish university.
