Kawral Pont Group's story

The solidarity group Kawral was set up on May 31 2007. It is made up of 14 women who live in the same neighborhood. Their main activity is trading. Mrs. Amy, standing at the far right, is the group's leader. She is married and the mother of 3 children. She sells sandwiches, eggs and fruit juice. Amy has a very positive experience, having been involved in this activity for several years. She obtains her supplies at the central market every morning, then re-sells in her own neighborhood. The loan will allow her to buy fruit and meat for her business. Her goal is to create enough resources to be able to take better care of her children and improve her living conditions.
