Bidii Group's story

Our client Mubila, treasurer of the business group « Bidii », is an entrepreneur of 46, married and the mother of seven children, all having been enrolled in school, some of whom are already established in their own homes. Mubila is a kerosene retailer. Her husband is an independent mechanic.

She sells her wares in front of her door, near her home. She has been in this business for a full 20 years. However, she has just completed her eighth loan with Hekima. This new loan will serve to allow her to stock up on 10 jerrycans of kerosene.

Besides her business, her ambition is to have all her children complete school and to build a house comfortably. This client thanks Hekima for its work on behalf of poor women who are excluded from conventional banking. Please note that the business group called « Bidii» is made up predominantly of women.

In this group: Mamisa, Champundu, Mubila, Abesha, Rachidi, Lukale, Chantal, Namasasa, Sifa, Asha, Luanda, Mariamu, Furaha, Alamisi, Sifa
