A loan of $725 helped to buy more fodder with which to feed his animals.

Francisco's story

52 year-old Francisco is a very unassuming and hard-working man who lives in his own home together with his wife, 46 year-old Inés, and his three beloved children, who he would like to provide with a better quality of life.

For Francisco, raising cattle is an activity that comes from his family. He learned the business when he was very young. He currently carries out this business and is very good at it. His cattle are very much in demand in the markets in Pucallpa.

What Francisco most enjoys about his work is pasturing his animals and being able to spend time out in the open air. He has been in this business for 13 years and the most difficult part of his work is taking his herd to the slaughterhouse in Pucallpa. In the future, he hopes to increase the number of animals that he owns so that he can improve his income.

This will be Francisco's second loan from MFP and he hopes to receive the support of each one of you. For his part, he pledges to be punctual in making his repayments. Francisco will use the 2,000 Peruvian soles he has requested to buy more fodder so that he can better fatten his herd.
