Nidia De La Paz's story

Nidia, 24, lives with her husband and two children, ages 5 and 8. She sells earthenware cookery which she makes, having learned the traD. from her mother. She works all day and produces between 12 to 16 pans a day. Her husband works everyday as a bricklayer or farmer. She is requesting a loan to buy black clay, nacazcol plant and firewood which are the materials she uses to make the pans. With her earnings she buys food for her children and pays back the loan. Nidia dreams of her children being able to study and get ahead when they are older. She also wants to build a house with her husband.
