A loan of $1,400 helped a member to buy animals to raise as well as balanced feed for them.

Unidas Group's story

The 'Unidas' (United) committee was formed when several neighbors from the same community, in the city of Santaní, joined together as a group. This committee is in its first loan cycle with ten [female] members who are all very hard-working and tenacious. They are heads of their respective families and every day they work as hard as they can to provide their children with a decent and respectable life.

Gricelda is a very hard-working lady who raises animals. She owns a reduced group of animals and she dreams of some day owning a farm with a lot of animals.

Gricelda is requesting this loan to buy more animals to raise as well as feed for them. She has her hopes placed in this loan as it will be a great help for the projects that she plans to undertake.
